By accessing or using our Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

We provide a bike rental service in Bali, Indonesia, allowing users to rent bikes through our Application. The services include providing information about available bikes, facilitating rental transactions, and related customer support.

To access our services, users must register and create an account on our Application. Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for securing their account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Application and services. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirement.

Users agree to comply with all rental terms and conditions specified in the Application, including returning bikes on time and in good condition. Additional charges may apply for late returns or damaged bikes.

Users are required to pay all applicable fees for renting bikes, as detailed in the Application. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

MAGILIGHT VENTURES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes to the Terms, and continued use of the Application after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
